Balfours
Balfours is a South Australian icon. It is also Australia's largest bakery, delivering cakes and savouries to thousands of customers in all Australian states each day.
When it came to relocating their factory from the Adelaide CBD to their new premises they were looking for a company which would do the job with no disruption to their production. Sonnex worked with Balfours to carry out the relocation in manageable stages on weekends and public holidays. This planning ensured that Balfours could continue to satisfy their customers during the relocation process.

Moonlighting
Australian Pure Fruits
Dis-assembly, packaging, relocation, re-assembly and commissioning of a fruit juice production line. This line consisted of fruit press – through to bottling line. The plant was relocated to its new site 25km away in the Adelaide Hills and re-commissioned ready to re-commence production in a five day period.
