Laser Cutting

Our machines can cut virtually any parts you need, ranging in thickness from 0.25mm to 25mm. Our Amada machines are able to operate 24/7 to ensure the required time frames are satisfied.

Materials include mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bis-alloy, corten, etc.

Mild steel cutting thickness – 0.25mm to 25mm;
Stainless steel cutting thickness – 12mm;
Aluminium cutting thickness – 10mm.

3D Laser Cutting

In response to customer requests, we have extended our manufacturing capability. In addition to the metal plate laser cutting capability this machine uses a rotary index to process long products 3D laser cutting of pipes, tubes, RHS, SHS, angles and channels.

Up to 12m in length:

220mm pipe;
150mm RHS and channels.

Drill Plasma Machine

For some jobs, we will recommend the use of our drill plasma as a more cost effective option. It can process material up to 125mm thick, and has the benefit of a faster cutting time for more repetitive jobs. Our plasma cutting machine has the following capabilities:

Bed size – 3.5m x 24m;
Drilling, Counter-sinking;
Mild steel and stainless steel cutting.
